When people see that you are competent at doing things, they’re going to ask you to do more things. However, you will become less effective, and less helpful to God and others when the pace of life is left unchecked, unmanaged, and unconsidered.
Discipline will equip us better for every trial and opportunity up ahead, but LACK of discipline will cripple otherwise obvious opportunities to excel, grow, and bring lasting impact to our lives and the lives around us.

Like many of us, Samson seemed to like the IDEA of a calling more than the WORK of one! The cost of the fullness of any true calling is character – not who we pretend to be for a watching world, but who we actually are when no one is looking – this is what determines our destiny and legacy.
Bible CONFIDENCE is faith in God that He is going to use your strengths, skills, and even weaknesses to accomplish His purposes. This kind of CONFIDENCE is an AMAZING advantage and results in a different view of ourselves and many more wins over the long haul.
